yeh great idea. throw away the market economy and give all projects to RIO. Might aswell let them set their own prices and dictate how much tax they will pay.
Maybe they can even shelve a project for 1000 years and not spend one cent on developing it.
Yep makes total sense to me all I want to see is the numbers on how a secision like this can be justified but maybe that was covered with no comment. You can find me in one of my multiple villas.
