yes true but bankers financiers know rios assetts are sound.Their debt is @ low rates and divestiture of some non core assets likely.Just as BHP may look at woodside,Ill bet the ruler is being run over Rio.
Companhia Vale do Rio Doce could buy it or China could form some sort of partnership.
I understand my argument is simplistic but I find it strange that China knows the bad times are NOT here to stay and with their wealth it would seem prudent and opportunistic to pounce while the world is in the doldrums.
