    Really, in this day and age do they think investors are that stupid!!

    Anyone with any common sense wouldn't even regard it as an offer in substance. Another UMC effort IMO and unless the management get some ridiculous deal from RIO to let this pass the offer isn't even in the ballpark IMO!!
