My thoughts are that this inital offer is to flush out any other interested parties.. Start low, flush out other offers and then put the real bucks down..

This is one stock i bought ages back and put in the bottom draw to hold for 5 years+ . As usual we'll probably not see the SP potential of this one anywhere near full production.
