"i hope, namib government colaborates not with the chinese. only PMT will grant the full value of Extracts.
it would be in the interest of the chinese, if PMT ist not published because Im sure the the chinese will get every "secret" infomation about status of permitting process from the government before publishing"
Dont forget, we are in Africa! Ive seen this in the DRC (Kongo). some miles of highway here, a little Hospital there and deals with support of teh government are going on. But Kongo is not Namibia and i cannot imagine, that other stakeholder are tolerating this.
