    Is this a no brainer or am I mssing something?

    1.RIO are wanting to expand their Pilbara operations and increase growth in the Pilbara region after record results

    2.Most of IOH's projects are bordered by RIO

    3.Sam Walsh and Kerry Stokes are mates, Sam is also on the board of Kerry's WAN

    4.IOH keep upgrading their resources

    5.IOH exclusivity period has ended

    What's stopping RIO from making a play for IOH?
