AUSTRALIAN DISTRICT
Rio Unto Exploration has an outstanding opportunity for a motivated and high calibre individual to lead our Land Access team in Belmont, Perth. - Reporting to the Manager Support Services — Australia District you will have extensive knowledge and experiencein land access and tenement management: Excellet time management flexibility and the ability to maintain high levels of accuracy with great attention to detail are essential fo this role. You will also share Rio Tintos commitment to health, safety, environment and communities.
Your primary function in this role will be to ensure effective and timely land access throughout Australia. You will be responsible for managing and improving our tenementmanagement systems. -
Your Land Access duties will include:
• Ensuring compliance with statutory and commercial agreement obligations
• Negotiating andpreparing etfective land access agreements, in conjunction with
legal counsel - ‘-- -
• Maintaining and improving business systems and procedures to ensure security of tenure
• Developin and maintaining relationships-with government departments and land
access stakeholders : -
• Liaising with Projeèt Leaders to ebsure land access commitments are fulfilled Training staff in statutory process and obligations
