I only worked out the price to keep people from saying they would buy us and expecting a big price like the last time there was an offer. Did you do any research to see what typical M&A merger fetch. Emotion can propel a stock to several times its value like Lynas is right now. When banks and accountants become in volved the price has to be justified by the numbers.
