    Yes, agree, EXT is not hostile to the CGNPC bid. They only require ASIC to force CGNPC to make a downstream offer for Extract on terms no less than equivalent to those offered to Kalahari shareholders. I think CGNPC will be ok with this because, most of all, they want EXT's uranium. I cant see ASIC opposing the CGNPC bid for KAH (and EXT) as they don't own any mines in Australia.

    On 21 Feb EXT & RIO released a "Partnership Update" stating they would like to be JV partners. I think the problems with RIO's (ERA's) Ranger mine could be driving this. (Who knows what will happen when the Greens control the senate.)
