"CGNPC has until Dec. 8 to announce a firm intention to bid, unless the U.K. Takeover Panel agrees to extend the deadline".
This all started last March, they've been stuffing around for nine months now. How much time do they need? In my humble opinion it's time to put up or shut up, they don't deserve a further extension.
