What I see in the markets is first they credit no value for any minerals. Then they want the stuff yesterday and are prepared to pay over the top. You watch it's going to happen in Zn & U plus a host of hightech REE. Cu is just more ubiquitous.
On a more short term note.
CMP was supposed to make a decision 90 days after an independent experts valuation. No indication if the independent expert has even been engaged.
