Great story
The facts show that BMN is a much better buy than Xemplar.
* Much further advanced projects
* Confirmed resource at Anomaly A That looks to be bigger than Rossing
* Multiple deposits & targets located around 2 Domes
* Close to Rossing
BUT .. With directors holding a major blocking stake, they can only succeed if it is a friendly takeover. I have no doubt that BMN directors are looking at a SP way North of $10 ... more like $20 to $30, so they would not be interested in any early offers.
However if a bid is made for Xemplar in the current market, then that would effectively give an accurate price comparison for BMN ... I am sure the market will re-rate BMN if that does take place.
Of course it could just be a rumour! But its a nice story on what looks to be a crappy day
