    Anyone care to comment on the latest Ann on LSE re a reduction in Rio's shareholding in KAH from 12.5% to 11.5%? The Ann was released 13 Jan pursuant to the change in SH which if I can decipher the jargon, actually happened 16 Dec 2010. Given the green/red light is a few days away on the EXT placement to KAH, perhaps someone who slept better than I did last night might hazard a guess as to the reasons?
