Thanks for posting that Davidoff. I think those are very positive remarks, particularly about the issue being at full value though I am not sufficiently educated about Rio's assets to make a judgement on that. That kind of bunks my concerns about this being a garage-sale asset rip-off.
I am intrigued however by how China benefits from making this investment if it does not have the leverage to bend prices of iron ore or other resources. Maybe it is just a good investment vis-a-vis assets bought at what prices.
