great question. I logged into the registry and there is a voting on the DLC structure. I want to go against this resolution but before I do that I need to know the reasons why dual listing is bad for Australians? Franked dividends will not be 100% if DLC structure gets finished, that's one, what other factors will effect RIO's wealth health and shareholders particularly Australian shareholders?
