I agree with your analysis.The dark person in the woodpile is that we do not know the size of undiagnosed positives or deaths.Also we are an EXPLORER not a MINER.If a decision was made to start mining tomorrow it would be years before commodity prices would be relevant to the share price.If you believe we will mine these deposits we are a strong buy.If not you are a trader and good luck to you!!
