This is all hypothetical guys but .....
If RIO took a stake in SQM and BHP decided to get into Li and and KDR was a target (because we are bloody cheap atm) what would peoples thoughts be for selling up?
I mean would a buyer truly offer $4 ot $5 a share if KDR was trading at say $2?
Would people be happy with a conversion to the new company stock at what, say a
1:20, 1:10 or 1:5 conversion.
The big Australian is is trading at $28.48 today.
I ask because I am unsure what or how things would happen.
