I feel the next Li bubble will be led by in home batteries as more households globally connect to rooftop solar and capture the market for feeding back to the grid during peak evening periods to as credit rates are far higher than normal rooftop solar fees in tariffs. Govt rebates will be focused on this area next I would wager, as big battery ideas just don’t cut the mustard.
a 13kv battery could feed up to 6 houses per evening and overnight so the load factors from traditional methods would be greatly reduced.
