Demo plant is producing 300t of synthatic rutile and 250t of iron ore pellets. Is this the typical ratio of output expected from rutile production? If it is Mr T should be calling 60000t plant Iron ore pellet plant instead of synthatic rutile plant as the value of iron pellets produced is about 3 to 3.5 times more than the value of synthatic rutile.
I remember reading on this site, that scrap iron is added to the process to produce iron ore pellets. Any ideas on how much? Has Mr Fergus taken into account the value of iron ore pellets in APG valuations?
