totally agree with all of your valid points and whilst it may all be realistic (or even conservative with $20k etc), it’s still needing all the stars aligned.
Imagine if Lake had $500m tomorrow by removing one of those other projects or even the hard rock. Yes it could be the biggest resource in the world or the flop, but the sure bet of the $500m will certainly inject a gigantic dose up the development and exploration pipeline to get these moving.
I was more just thought provoking and thinking out loud as well. Whatever happens, I’ll be a happy Lake camper in the many years to come
