rio staff held on espionage charges ??
one of the perils of dealing with a undemocratic como state is not having recourse to natural justice.
anyway generally speaking there is no law against idustrial espionage unless it endagers national security.
the comos are just pissed off that they cant dictate the price of iron ore or get control of RIO.
unfortunately they have 10,000 nukes and we dont have any.
so very vigorous diplomacy wiil have to be used to get our aussie boy back but i dont think RUDD has the ticker for such a task a la all the boat people sneaking into OZ under his nose.
if we dont get our boy back we will have to teach them a lesson and jack up the price of our iron ore.
