That is the true spirit of a sincere investor. However while being a common sales phrase "no adverse environmental effects ", everyone knows that this is not even in theory possible with mining.
There is an exception of Juniors who are mining the pockets of investors and have no aim to even prospect. Plenty of that from Australia, too, and KRM may end up to this category if keep choosing impossible projects. In such case the damage is social and for other sources of living as the fake mining affects land use plans.

On one level "no adverse environmental effects " if considered even after mine closure would be the same as mining moratorium in Wisconsin, where they had requirement for the environmental safety also for post closure by the "prove it first law". There was no company even trying to get a mining right for two decades.

It is the position and legal right of municipality Rautalampi and its people to consider that no kind or color of mining is possible in the reservation regions. When mining is not possible, all damage done by exploration is also violation constitutional rights.

To understand a major part of their position you just need to look at the map of a reservation.
1 cm is 1 kilometer, small dots are houses, they have 150 meters protecting one in reservation area
causing the holes in the reservation map. The water are famous lakes of the Eastern Finland
lakes district. The water quality is pristine drinkable in the lakes. There is even a national park
at major lake nearby.
The land is paradise like countryside with very beautiful landscapes with fresh nature
and beautiful four seasons.
