    There is a list of accepted reservation notices which are just priority rights to apply exploration licenses,
    As such these are not licenses to do anything.

    It looks like KRM wants to have ultiple projects in Finland and Norway even though
    the earlier projects were advertised to be very good.

    Penikat matters are now in a separate thread.
    It would be very hard to get an exploration licenses for next winter season
