    Getting set is hard. Honestly, it could take weeks and lots of trades to build a decent holding without really chasing the price up.

    With the top 20 and management owning 80% of stock, it's as tight as a nun's nasty. No doubt a lot of smaller holders just hold and dont trade either, so the free float of stock is minuscule.
