Its mostly brokers with their prop bids and bots manipulating the sp to remain artificially low.
They probably want people to believe RIO will accept 80m for their 57% stake even though RIO coughed up 40m a couple of months ago in the cap raising.
Somebody is having a good laugh here at the expense of shareholders, that's for sure.
