maybe i should just accept that is what it was.. its my opinion that the transaction does give an indication of the value of the claim to EXT.
in general owning 40% of a company is very different to owning 49% of a claim
i was just trying to highlight this as a possible way of determining the value of a take over bid - but its really not feasible
and thanks for not trying to belittle me harlee - i'm sure others would have :)
