Facts:-
Production is down at Rossing, this is due to the facts, they are clearing the upper layers of over burden away to allow mining of the higher grades, at present in the south western section of the mine.
It could be just described as a phase in the mning operation. Nothing strange there.
Then when completed, the mine will be producing for many more years.
Rather interested where you found the above information.
If a T/O was to happen, then the list would or could a number of other Companies, all within range of the milling, these could include, WME and Valencia, to name but two.
