My thinking is that if a few holders are tipped off that the RIO farm in is dead, then they need an open market to sell into. A trading halt will lock them out from selling until after the bad news. Hence a trading halt is good news.
I was happy to sell out this morning and move on. Could be wrong I know but a bird in the hand etc etc.
