Leslie is running EXT until further notice, not CGNPC or even KAH. Don't forget CGNPC are chasing KAH in the first instance and EXT in the second. Leslie needs to progress the business as would be appropriate in any other normal circumstance as a fully funded independent operation in order to crystalise SH value exclusive of a T/O scenario, and quite possibly even to deliver a mining license. The sooner these milestones are met the greater (by vast orders of magnitude) become the metrics in any T/O, JV etc.
