but it seems basic question asked years ago are still unanswerable. what is cost of production? how can you scale with such a small resource? etc.
The final cost of production for a plant that is yet to produce will always be unanswerable initially and will only be known for a fact in hindsight, as with all Companies building a new plant , its all best estimates at the time it was done .
Obviously the parameters can change between a PEA and full production , mainly involving costs but also the price received for the product. The variables are endless and will remain that way going forward.
In case of AGY and Ricon you use the PEA as a guide ,as shown below , use your imagination and then make what you want of it..
As for scaling up a small resource, you start with 500 tpa go to 2000 tpa then onto 12000 tpa and beyond if the resource allows worked hand in hand with LOM. It will never be a huge operational on its own but can still be very profitable and eventually could tie in with RIO...
As a non holder you dont have to worry about such things so just relax, we're quite capable of making our own decisions and living with them.
