Also footy RIO isnt going to come out and say we do not want FMS because they have never shown interest in then to begin with. All I am saying is they have allocated a large amount of cash and explained in their announcement what they intend to do with this cash. So just applying simple logic you would think they are not interested in acquiring FMS. Obviously anything is possible but sometimes you have to make best guess estimates on things. So if we take out RIO who else would stand yo benefit purchasing FMS?

You also mentioned FMG there is no way they will get involved when MMK are substantial shareholders in FMG. I wouldn't be surprised if those two are working together and something gets announced after the MMK takeover of FMS.
