Rio made approx $14 billion profit last year and will most likely do the same again this year.
$2.7 billion on expansion, what are they going to spend the rest on? The fact is they have plenty of reasons why they would be interested in FMS.
No doubt time will tell, but i wouldnt be discarding them as a potential bidder just because they said they would spend money on expanding!
