im like most am not pleased with the .30 offer however i don't think we have significant backing to make a difference so the conspiracy political stuff should be put aside and don't waste the time and energy on something to which you have no control over (some may think otherwise) but since we are here to make some money lets look after our own interests since no one else is going to from fms going by what they proposed with fex and the current recommendations to shareholders
IMO the main things to be discussed or should i say ppl put their thoughts on where they are going to next , i know that's being discussed before but the market changes from day to day and different opportunity's present themselves and therefore its better to be seeking researching the next winner now and to be ready for once this is over.
for the record my view is that
%35 higher offer seen time is getting on
%15 current offer falling over
%50 going ahead and the board lives happily thereafter
