Im a new investor, so its possible for this to have already been discussed.
Have just read on the RIO site that they have been at Rossing since 1962-68. A long time to wait for market demand. Sentiment has evolved and reactors being built. Its gotta be long legged Rio. Tho fascinating, gonna try to ignore the constipated, maddening daily machinations and pin my hat on this.
