    Interested to know opinions on the impact on or implications for EXT, if as the article states Rio or even CGNPC do not have to:

    "launch an accompanying bid for Extract. Unlike CGNPC, Rio will have no trouble getting the takeover relief from ASIC."

    Is this likely to cause the EXT SP to drop significantly?
