yes you would share it if users paid for it and they didnt disrupt you. This is what the NCC is for. Dont forget i understand the big boys were subsidised when they built the railways. Anyway with all these pollies playing games with what we the taxpayers paid for railways. snowy hydro you just get worried do they just grandstand or are they benefactors- No rhyme or reason to the decisions just what suits
