drilling rigs and other support, I would suggest this will not be the situation
most businesses do not run on hope, they conduct business on or with rules and facts therefore I would kindly suggest to you than rio 'will sit on their hands' till there is either a joint venture or total take-over move
at the moment rio are only share holders of ext stock like you, me and many others
