Rio has much deeper pockets than those idiots at KAH and I reckon they should be raiding the share registry on the market to boost their stake. Boost it to a price where KAH can't afford the company, do a scrip rollover as a takeover and be done with it. KAH with this rubbish is seriously damaging their crediblity, and unfortunately EXT will suffer a bit as well. The need to be diluted at a very minimum imo.
