    re: riority issue pigmaleon If the gpn board have full control over the share issue, you would have to question that forsure. There needs to be inderpendence involed in this process. CEO and a director off YRR should be at the table, or a few questions may be asked!! Must be Fair- Reasonable and Proportional.
