I agree a standalone venture although costly would put EXT
on track to reach thier stated objective,
if they settle for a JV the estimated spend is about almost 2/3 but the way i see it from about year 3 onwards we would be way ahead on earnings per share with a purpose built stand alone plant,
So for me it's either outright sale at the right price or purpose built standalone plant to achieve 15 mppy.
