If you look at previous matters you'll see that at times it can be a matter of days for the determination of the warden to be handed down.

Regardless, the Minister makes the decision and Kidman's Mount Holland project has been given "Lead Agency Status" by the WA Government, to "assist with the streamlining of the project development activities" .. somehow I don't think this one will sit on the Minister's desk for 2-3 months
