Thinking this morning about our Leader, I am also convinced that his handy dish-outs has created its own bubble. People should start investing when they are ready, not when the leaders give handouts, this puts people into a position where there heads really are not, and its good managers that become wealthy achievers!

Our latest interest hike, oh how sweet that be in the middle of a GFC. I believe our housing bubble has been created by the govt. Increasing population to extreme numbers that our environment wont be able to handle. The housing bubble is created from investors from other countries. If our leaders wanted to control the housing bubble, rather than penalise every home owner and entrapenaur in Australia, how about controlling the foreign investment and making them pay the taxes.

I am glad the EXT resource is based in Namibia. I wont complain about paying to the Namibian Govt, its their resource
