There is also an implied freedom of speech contained in our Constitution relating to political matters.
Chairman Rudd may not like it, but we have the right, and the obligation, to question his hare-brained policies and roundly condemn his many backflips and failures.
I can well remember not so long ago the glee coming from the ALP faithful when the Liberals were in full blown self destruct mode.
Now that Rudd is all asunder, you can see it's not a good feeling, is it?
