    I admire your faith that ADE could keep running as a successful company with more than 2/3rds being owned by BPT.
    Take a look at how ERA is fairing with RIO owning 2/3 of the stock.
    ADE could easily go the same way, with capital raisings resulting in a stranded rump of small holders.
