    What good comes from not spending on infrastructure if inflation pushes the price of infrastructure spending up in the future?
    Elephant and Girafe stamps for being a good saver don't take into account the return to the economy from GDP growth when a good government spends money on infrastructure

    Howard and mainly Costello could never understand this, they were too busy sitting on their hands, or counting their GST savings.
