Afternoon folks,

I agree whole heartly with the comments by everyone here. Bill turner has been an invaluable and compassionate leader. He has poured his heart and soul, into Anvil, more than most of us appreciate. I for one have been very thankful we have him running our company for the last 15 years. From the tiny undirected explorer KKR Resources, he transformed into a $1 billion, mid-tier miner who is additionally a leader in community and social development in the DRC.

I'm so pleased our Board will keep him on as an advisor.

I wish Bill and his family a long, happy and healthy retirement. All the best Bill.
