@ssteel he looks quite overweight - that is a great risk for heart attack - there is no such thing as 'apparent heart attack' - there is a heart attack one can survive, but those people most likely have been on treatment for their heart problems. This gentleman looks young enough not to have worried too much about heart problems, even though his weight problem is obvious.
To publish such statements with an 'inferred message' is outright vicious, but I would label you as ignorant.
