Igas shareholders have already had a day to price in the new info. They get dart on the cheap, broader acreage, and a better balance sheet. I dont agree they been significantly diluted - if you think its a bad deal for dart, its gotta be a good deal for igas... Its definitely not lose-lose.

Market is putting a 55% chance this deal will go through, and 45% chance it will fall through without a better offer and shareprice goes back to 12.5c

Im betting the chance of any deal (igas or other) going through at 19c or higher is higher than 55%.
