mack, I see your point of view and do agree somewhat. Millions of people die that we never hear about. That doesn't mean we can't mourn people like Peter Harvey, who I grew up watching. He was a mainstay on the tv for a long time in my lounge room and I am upset over his death.
My next door neighbour died last year at 80 of pancreatic cancer. His son was diagnosed with the disease 6 months ago and has now been given days to live. His daughter in law got diagnosed with breast cancer at the same time.
It is a very sad world we live in where techonologies have taken us so far, but cancer cures are still not a reality.
