I moderated your post Mack, not dub.

Just because someone else has died with no fanfare doesn't mean that it's not sad when someone people know of dies at what we all consider to be 'too young'.
68 is young.
Pancreatic cancer is a mongrel. I have just lost a neighbour from it.

We all feel sad for children that die of 'anything' basically, but again, it doesn't mean you can't show respect for someone else.

If you want to help save children, there are many ways you can contribute to that. The HotCopper charity Parkerville is one if you like to help in your own country rather than giving overseas aid.

We have a link to them on the left hand side of the page, and at times like this, when we feel like helping others, there's nothing like a little charity and some charitable thoughts.

Sympathies to Peter Harvey's family. An impressive life indeed.
